This page explains how Realty Nodes chooses, researches, writes and corrects what it publishes.
Independence
Realty Nodes is an independent publication. It is not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by any software company we cover. No vendor reviews or approves our articles before publication, and no vendor can pay to change a rating, ranking or verdict.
Our publisher, AtalosWeb, is an agency that sets up websites, CRMs and marketing automation for real estate businesses, including on platforms we review. When an article covers a platform AtalosWeb works with, we say so in the article.
Sources and fact-checking
- We base articles on primary sources: official pricing pages, product documentation, company announcements, regulator and association publications (for example NAR) and published data.
- We link to our sources so you can check them.
- Prices, plans and features are taken from the vendor’s own pages and dated with “Prices checked” or “Last checked”.
- Where a source is unclear or sources disagree, we say so instead of guessing.
- We do not invent quotes, statistics, case studies or test results.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help with research, summarising sources and first drafts. AI does not publish anything on its own. A human editor reviews every article, checks every price, feature, date and claim against the sources, and is responsible for what we publish.
We only describe hands-on experience with a tool when a person on our team actually used it, and we say what was tested.
Reviews and rankings
Reviews and “best of” guides weigh features, pricing, ease of use, support and fit for real estate work. We list limitations and who should not use a tool. Whether a company pays affiliate commission plays no part in its position. Some of our top picks have no affiliate program at all.
Legal and compliance topics
Articles about NAR rules, TCPA, fair housing, buyer agreements or other legal matters explain what the source says. They are not legal advice. Check with your broker, state association or a lawyer for how a rule applies to you.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it and add a dated correction note at the end of the article. To report an error, contact us.
Sponsored content
If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be labelled “Sponsored” at the top. Sponsors do not get editorial control over our reviews or news.
